  • Send SMS messages: deliver auto-reply texts to your callers as configured by you.
  • Improve the product: analyze usage patterns to enhance features, fix bugs, and develop new functionality.
  • Communicate with you: send service updates, billing notifications, and support responses.

3. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third parties to deliver our service:

  • Twilio: powers our SMS messaging infrastructure. Twilio processes phone numbers and message content to deliver texts on your behalf.
  • Stripe: handles all payment processing. We never store your full credit card number on our servers.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only share data with service providers as necessary to operate FirstRing.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Call and message logs are retained for up to 24 months to support your lead pipeline and reporting. If you cancel your account, we delete your data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.
