1. Service Description

FirstRing is a missed-call auto-text service designed for home service contractors. When you miss a phone call, FirstRing automatically sends a customizable text message to the caller on your behalf, helping you capture leads and keep potential customers engaged until you can return their call.

2. Account Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FirstRing to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing texts.
  • Violate any applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other telecommunications regulations.
  • Harass, threaten, or send abusive messages to any person.
  • Impersonate another person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

FirstRing is intended solely for responding to missed calls from people who have called your business. Misuse may result in immediate account termination.

4. Payment Terms

  • FirstRing costs $79 per month, billed monthly.
  • New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start.
  • After the trial, your subscription will begin when you enter payment information.
  • You may cancel anytime — there are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of Liability

FirstRing is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all missed calls will be captured.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
  • Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited use, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use of FirstRing after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
